History

The site on which our camp and recreation area is built today is leased by the Freundes- und Fördererkreis der DPSG Neuhausen e.V.and transferred to the scouts DPSG Neuhausen for administration.
In former times, this was the first sports ground of the Neuhausen community.

Location

The site is located in a quiet area about 250 m from the main road on the edge of the Sauhag forest in the municipality of Neuhausen auf den Fildern. The size of the site is approx. 6,000 m² (suitable for 15 to 60 people).
The distance to the entrance of the next village Wolfschlugen is 0.8 km and to the entrance of Neuhausen 1 km.
There is access for buses and cars to the public forest car park (2 min. walk to the site) and there are parking facilities for two cars on the site.
